Rachael Rothgeb, PT, DPT, PMC, PDNC

Dr. Rachael Rothgeb was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated from Heritage High School where she was involved in gymnastics all four years. After high school, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. Away from work, she enjoys taking her two goldendoodles, Maya and Oakley, on walks around the community and spending quality time with her family and husband, Kyle. Her interests also include hiking, working out, exploring/trying new restaurants, and any sort of outdoor activity in her free time.
