All team members complete an APTA-accredited manual therapy certification (approved for 100 hours) and an APTA-accredited dry needling course (approved for 50 hours), ensuring consistent, high-level care across our clinics. We also host two company-wide manual therapy training sessions each year, closing the clinic early so our entire team can come together for hands-on learning and professional growth.

Our year-long, structured mentorship program goes through 5 different stepping stones, which include weekly 40-minute meetings, guided learning (case reviews), research, presentations, and more to ensure a smooth and confident transition into our practice.
