At ProTailored, our goal is not simply to hire therapists. Our goal is to help PTs become exceptional clinicians while building meaningful long-term careers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment through a 12-month structured mentorship program, advanced continuing education training, one-on-one patient care, leadership development opportunities, scheduling flexibility, and a strong family culture.

Mentorship
Our year-long, structured mentorship program goes through 5 different stepping stones, which include weekly 40-minute meetings, guided learning (case reviews), research, presentations, and more to ensure a smooth and confident transition into our practice.
Strong Compensation and Benefits
We provide strong compensation and long-term career value. Our compensation philosophy includes:
- Competitive compensation package with earning potential from $71,000 to $98,000+
- Significant Quarterly Bonus opportunities
- Comprehensive benefits including Health/Vision/Dental Insurance, 3% Retirement Match, Disability Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, PTO
- $1,500 continuing education budget

World-Class Clinical Training and Continuing Education
We are serious about excellence. All team members complete an APTA-accredited manual therapy certification (approved for 100 hours) and an APTA-accredited dry needling course (approved for 50 hours), ensuring consistent, high-level care across our clinics. We also host two company-wide manual therapy training sessions each year, closing the clinic early so our entire team can come together for hands-on learning and professional growth.
- $1,500 annual continuing education budget
- In-house continuing education courses 2x per year brought directly to ProTailored from organizations such as Great Lakes Seminars
