Lisa Douglas was born and raised in northwestern Ohio. She attended Delphos St. Johns High School, where she participated in soccer, marching band, choir, and management for the basketball team. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Master of Occupational Therapy from The University of Findlay in 2010. Lisa moved back to the area in 2023 to be closer to family, although she loves to travel and seeing new places. She has lived in 7 different states since 2018. In her spare time Lisa enjoys baking, reading, crocheting, crafts, playing games of all kinds, spending time with family, bowling, and traveling (has been to 34/50 states, Canada x2, The Bahamas, and Ireland). She has a passion for treating Upper Extremity injuries, especially the wrist and shoulder, to help people return back to their lives. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist since 2012 and has a passion for treating people with lymphedema or chronic swelling following her mothers journey with breast cancer. She aims to help people understand the lymphedema disease management process and maximize their quality of life and manage their symptoms on their own.
