Dr. Sam Poling, PT, DPT
(Orthopedic Physical Therapist)
Dr. Sam Poling was born and raised in Huntington, Indiana. Sam received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hanover College. He has a passion for helping others decrease their pain and increase their functional ability through physical therapy. Outside of physical therapy, Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, golfing, working out, and traveling.
