Dr. Kelsey Habermehl PT, DPT, PDNC, PMC
(Physical Therapist)
Dr. Kelsey Habermehl was born and raised in Clermont, Florida, a town just west of Orlando.
She grew up an avid basketball player and beach goer and graduated from Lake Minneola High
School. She went on to earn her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical
Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University (and yes they did have a beach on campus!). She
has returned back to Fort Wayne, Indiana after she completed a clinical experience with
ProTailored due to the love and appreciation she grew for the patients and staff! She is
passionate about working with individuals of all ages to improve their overall functional mobility,
independence, and quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys working out, taking her border
collie, Nakota, on long walks, and watching sunsets with friends and family.
