Dr. Jared Kazmierczak was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana where he attended Saint Joseph High School participating in football, baseball, and wrestling. He went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. In his free time, he enjoys participating in intramural sports with friends, golfing, and hiking.
