Compensation:
- Base salary range of $71,000 – $98,000 annually

Education: postgraduate degree

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized one-on-one patient care in a private treatment room setting
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans focused on functional improvement and pain reduction
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation interventions and manual therapy techniques
- Educate patients on recovery expectations, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve clinical outcomes
- Participate in mentorship meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
- Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on quality outcomes and meaningful relationships
