ProTailored Physical Therapy is an outpatient, orthopedic practice located in Fort Wayne, IN looking for a full time physical therapist to join their team. ProTailored focuses on creating highly skilled therapists through advanced certifications (accredited ProTailored Manual Therapy and ProTailored Dry Needling programs), ongoing training through monthly professional development, and individualized professional development through year-long ProTailored Mentorship Program and individual continuing education allowance. On average, ProTailored therapists treat less than 7 patients a day (national average is over 12 patients/day), allowing them to devote the quality time and attention patients need and deserve.

Skills:
- Must possess a broad range of outpatient skills in general diagnosis, neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis, diagnostic imaging, principles of physical therapy, physical therapy practice and associated clinical sciences, physical therapy techniques, case management, physical examination, and case history.
- Must be enthusiastic, personable, and creative; able to demonstrate ongoing learning activities including demonstration of professionalism, cognitive expertise, self-assessment and lifelong learning, and assessment of performance in practice.
Responsibilities:
- Treat and prevent mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system and look at the effect of these disorders on the function of the body with the aim to relieve pain, increase mobility and get patients back to full health and movement.
