Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary of $71,000–$98,000 based on experience
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Current and active Physical Therapy license
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized one-on-one patient care in private treatment room settings
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans focused on functional improvement and pain reduction
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation interventions and manual therapy techniques
- Educate patients regarding recovery expectations, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to improve clinical outcomes
- Participate in mentorship meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
- Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on exceptional outcomes
