Dr. Jonathan Evans PT, DPT, CMTPT, VRC
Chief Executive Officer, Orthopedic and Vestibular Physical Therapist
Dr. Jon Evans earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 2011 and has his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Indiana University. He went on to complete a two year orthopedic physical therapy residency and has additional certification in vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University and training in Dry Needling. Dr. Evans worked in Atlanta for two years as a physical therapist and clinic director. He then moved overseas and worked alongside physical therapist from New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, allowing him to learn a wide array of treatment approaches not commonly offered in the United States. He also treated professional athletes in the Rugby 7s and ATP Tennis Tournaments. His background in education and clinic experience from different parts of the world has created an excellent source for tailoring the appropriate treatment for each patient. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and daughter, traveling, and cooking.
Nicole Bobay PT, MPT, WCS, CIMT, CSCS
Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Nicole is a Fort Wayne native and a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Mount Saint Joseph (Cincinnati, OH) in 1995 where she played basketball and fast-pitch softball. Graduating with her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from Andrews University in 2001, Nicole is board certified as a Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS), a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Most recently, Nicole joined the ranks of the most accomplished Physical Therapists in the country by earning the “Best in Patient Care” award through the American Health Council. She currently serves as Volunteer Coordinator of the Physical Therapy department at Matthew 25, a Medical/Dental clinic for low-income, uninsured patients in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal diagnoses, Nicole has a special passion for patients who are dealing with chronic pain and Fibromyalgia. She recognizes that patient education is an important part of the healing process, and uses a therapeutic neuroscience approach combined with manual therapy and movement when she treats her patients. Nicole is one of the few physical therapists in the Fort Wayne area who specializes in pelvic physical therapy. In her spare time, Nicole participates in Bible study, reads, golfs, exercises, and especially enjoys quality time with her friends and family.
Dr. Adam Cagnet PT, DPT
Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Dr. Adam Cagnet was born and raised in Fort Wayne and is a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. He remained local graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Saint Francis, while helping lead the men’s basketball team to its first ever national title. In 2014, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis’s Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Dr. Cagnet is currently pursuing a post-doctorate Manual Therapy Certification from the University of Saint Augustine and was nominated for the Fort Wayne Newspapers 2017 Reader’s Choice Best of Physical Therapy Award. Clinically, Adam has experience with degenerative arthritis of the spine, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, whiplash injury, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff dysfunction, joint replacement aftercare and many other sporting & musculoskeletal injuries. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, landscaping and cherishes any time spent with his wife and two-year old son.
Dr. Mitchell Hall PT, DPT
Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Site Coordinator of Clinical Education
Dr. Mitchell Hall, born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, is a graduate of Waverly High School, where he played basketball, baseball, and was in the high school’s drumline. After high school, he earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. After spending his first few years of college on the Residence Life staff, he learned to love personal interactions and building relationships with people from all walks of life. In the clinic, he has gained experience in a variety of settings, including treating rotator cuff injuries, lower back pain, pediatric physical therapy, and chronic pain. Dr. Hall has plans to further his education to become more proficient in manual therapy, pain neuroscience, and dry needling. Away from work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and friends, working out, playing softball, and volunteering with the youth ministry at Brookside Church.
Dr. Kirsten Allman DPT
Dr. Kirsten Allman is a Fort Wayne native. She graduated high school from Project Ballet’s academic conservatory. At 17, she moved to Seattle to dance with Pacific Northwest ballet. She would also dance with Louisville ballet before returning to Fort Wayne to pursue Physical Therapy. Kirsten received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. During her educational pursuits she also taught dance in the Fort Wayne area for over 7 years. Kirsten has a passion for dance and the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, dancing, teaching, yoga, and hiking.
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in Auburn, IN, Vanessa returned to her Midwest roots in 2015 after living and working in the south and overseas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University but switched gears by joining Teach For America in Memphis, TN while earning her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Christian Brothers University. She went on to teach middle school in Atlanta, GA and Dubai, UAE. After returning home to Indiana, she helped open ProTailored and currently provides administrative and marketing support. Vanessa enjoys taking walks with her husband and daughter, eating her way through Fort Wayne restaurants, and going on road trips.
Office and Billing Manager
Connie has lived most of her life in Fort Wayne, Indiana with the exception of attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. With 11 years of experience in physical therapy billing, Connie first joined the ProTailored family in November 2017 as the Billing Manager and added the role of Office Manager in early 2018. Connie and her husband, Larry, have been married 23 years and are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and two perfect grandchildren. Connie enjoys camping with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys relaxing and watching movies with her husband. One of her favorite things to do is spend quality time with her grandchildren, JJ and Olivia.

Morgan is from Antwerp, Ohio, a small town just across the State line from Fort Wayne. She attended Bowling Green State University studying Human Development and Family Studies. In her free time she likes to attend concerts and sporting events of her favorite teams: The Ohio State Buckeyes and Chicago Cubs. She has previously coached volleyball and hopes to be able to do that again in the future.

Kendall grew up in the Fort Wayne area and graduated from Lakewood Park Christian School in 2016. She has had work experience in a healthcare and a wealth management office.
She is soon to be “Kendall Yoder” as she is getting married in May of 2019. Kendall and her fiancé have a 4 year old black lab named Daisy. In her spare time she enjoys playing with dogs, shopping, hunting with her fiancé, weekend trips to Crooked Lake and spending time with family and friends. She also has gone on mission trips to Uganda and Costa Rica and currently attends County Line Church of God.

Michelle was born in Virginia and moved to Michigan and Colorado before eventually settling in Fort Wayne. She graduated from IPFW with a degree in Psychology. She has worked in office administration for over 15 years. Prior to working in an office setting she taught preschool and was a middle school coach. She has been married to her husband, Joe, for over 20 years. They have two amazing children, Joshua and Samantha. In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, reading, shopping, and going for walks.

Jennifer has lived in Southwest Fort Wayne for all of her life. She graduated from Homestead High School in 2014 and is currently a full time nursing student at Ivy Tech. Jennifer started working with ProTailored in February of 2019, and works part time while attending nursing school. She has a passion for caring for others, which is why she has chosen to pursue a career as an RN. She also loves animals, and has an Olde English Bulldogge and a Hungarian Vizsla, whom she loves dearly. Jennifer enjoys spending her free time with her loved ones, being outdoors, camping, and boating.
Laser Therapy Specialist
Mallory was born and raised in a small town just outside of Indianapolis. For 13 years, she worked all aspects of diabetes care products, from production to distribution. During her time in production, Mallory received multiple certifications including two Class 4 laser certificates. In 2015, she received her degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mallory moved to Fort Wayne in June 2019. Since joining ProTailored, she has added an additional Class 4 laser certification to her list of career accomplishments. In her free time, she enjoys running, fishing, photography, and traveling. Prior to her move, Mallory and her husband traveled for nine months in a RV – experiencing a winter without snow.
Laura leads the marketing and promotional efforts at ProTailored. She travels to local medical offices to discuss with physicians and their staff how we can best serve their patients’ rehabilitation needs. Laura and her husband, Todd, have been married since 2005 and have four children. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, reading, volunteering at her church, and the occasional coffee date with friends.

Natives of Fort Wayne, Adelaide and Everett come to us with a few years of on the job experience. Hobbies include zooming down slides, taking walks to the park, cuddling with daddy, and making people smile. Adelaide and Everett enjoy visiting the clinic and often lead our staff meetings.
