Dr. Jonathan Evans PT, DPT, CMTPT, VRC

Chief Executive Officer, Orthopedic and Vestibular Physical Therapist

Dr. Jon Evans earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 2011 and has his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Indiana University. He went on to complete a two year orthopedic physical therapy residency and has additional certification in vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University and training in Dry Needling. Dr. Evans worked in Atlanta for two years as a physical therapist and clinic director. He then moved overseas and worked alongside physical therapist from New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, allowing him to learn a wide array of treatment approaches not commonly offered in the United States. He also treated professional athletes in the Rugby 7s and ATP Tennis Tournaments. His background in education and clinic experience from different parts of the world has created an excellent source for tailoring the appropriate treatment for each patient. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and daughter, traveling, and cooking.

Nicole Bobay PT, MPT, WCS, CIMT, CSCS

Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Nicole is a Fort Wayne native and a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Mount Saint Joseph (Cincinnati, OH) in 1995 where she played basketball and fast-pitch softball. Graduating with her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from Andrews University in 2001, Nicole is board certified as a Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS), a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Most recently, Nicole joined the ranks of the most accomplished Physical Therapists in the country by earning the “Best in Patient Care” award through the American Health Council. She currently serves as Volunteer Coordinator of the Physical Therapy department at Matthew 25, a Medical/Dental clinic for low-income, uninsured patients in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal diagnoses, Nicole has a special passion for patients who are dealing with chronic pain and Fibromyalgia. She recognizes that patient education is an important part of the healing process, and uses a therapeutic neuroscience approach combined with manual therapy and movement when she treats her patients. Nicole is one of the few physical therapists in the Fort Wayne area who specializes in pelvic physical therapy. In her spare time, Nicole participates in Bible study, reads, golfs, exercises, and especially enjoys quality time with her friends and family.


Dr. Adam Cagnet PT, DPT

Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Dr. Adam Cagnet was born and raised in Fort Wayne and is a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. He remained local graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Saint Francis, while helping lead the men’s basketball team to its first ever national title. In 2014, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis’s Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Dr. Cagnet is currently pursuing a post-doctorate Manual Therapy Certification from the University of Saint Augustine and was nominated for the Fort Wayne Newspapers 2017 Reader’s Choice Best of Physical Therapy Award. Clinically, Adam has experience with degenerative arthritis of the spine, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, whiplash injury, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff dysfunction, joint replacement aftercare and many other sporting & musculoskeletal injuries. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, landscaping and cherishes any time spent with his wife and two-year old son.



Dr. Mitchell Hall PT, DPT

Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Dr. Mitchell Hall, born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, is a graduate of Waverly High School, where he played basketball, baseball, and was in the high school’s drumline. After high school, he earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University. After spending his first few years of college on the Residence Life staff, he learned to love personal interactions and building relationships with people from all walks of life. In the clinic, he has gained experience in a variety of settings, including treating rotator cuff injuries, lower back pain, pediatric physical therapy, and chronic pain. Dr. Hall has plans to further his education to become more proficient in manual therapy, pain neuroscience, and dry needling. Away from work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and friends, working out, playing softball, and volunteering with the youth ministry at Brookside Church.


Brian Doll PT, DPT

Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Brian grew up in Pocahontas, IL, a small town in southern Illinois. He graduated with his Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science from Spring Arbor University (MI). While there, he played baseball and met his wife, Mariah. Brian went on to graduate from Trine University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He enjoys treating knee replacements, low back pain, and shoulder repairs and injuries.  Outside of work, Brian loves spending time with his wife and twin girls, going on runs with his girls, attending game nights with friends, having bonfires, and serving/attending Elevate City Church.   



Vanessa Evans

Chief Operating Officer

Born and raised in Auburn, IN, Vanessa returned to her Midwest roots in 2015 after living and working in the south and overseas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University but switched gears by joining Teach For America in Memphis, TN while earning her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Christian Brothers University. She went on to teach middle school in Atlanta, GA and Dubai, UAE. After returning home to Indiana, she helped open ProTailored and currently provides administrative and marketing support. Vanessa enjoys taking walks with her husband and daughter, eating her way through Fort Wayne restaurants, and going on road trips.


Connie Elder

Office and Billing Manager

Connie has lived most of her life in Fort Wayne, Indiana with the exception of attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. With 11 years of experience in physical therapy billing, Connie first joined the ProTailored family in November 2017 as the Billing Manager and added the role of Office Manager in early 2018. Connie and her husband, Larry, have been married 23 years and are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and two perfect grandchildren. Connie enjoys camping with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys relaxing and watching movies with her husband. One of her favorite things to do is spend quality time with her grandchildren, JJ and Olivia.


Katie Shaffer

Patient Care Coordinator

After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University in 2014, Katie lived in Missouri and Ohio before finding her way back to her hometown in Fort Wayne, IN. Her secretarial experience during her time in Missouri and Ohio provided her with a background that serves her well in being the Patient Care Coordnator. Although her and her husband, Colin, only recently got married in 2016, they have been together since they were 16 years old. Katie loves being outdoors, travelling and hiking with Colin and their two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, and attending concerts.


Ashley Wooddell

Patient Care Coordinator

Ashley recently moved to the Fort Wayne area from Hershey, Pennsylvania and joined the ProTailored family in July of 2018 as a Patient Care Coordinator.  She is a people person who comes from a customer service background. After spending several years in the marketing world upon graduating from West Chester University with a degree in Marketing, she went on to complete cosmetology school and owned a successful hair salon for 4 years. She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 4 years and has a beautiful 8 month old daughter, Olivia. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, walking, trying Fort Wayne restaurants, and traveling back to Pennsylvania to visit family. 


Lisa Morris

Front Desk and Patient Support

Lisa was born and raised in Indianapolis but has lived in the Fort Wayne area for most of the past 21 years. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Lisa worked as an elementary school teacher in Indianapolis until the birth of her first child and then stayed at home to raise her family. She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 25 years and has three children: Nate, Sophia, and Olivia. Lisa also has a 70 pound goldendoodle dog named Bear and a one-eyed rescue cat named Juniper. 
In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, date nights with her husband, playing cards, coffee dates with friends, and hosting get togethers with friends and family. She loves to read and enjoys participating in Bible studies and studying scripture. 

Nick San Giacomo

Laser Technician

Nick was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN. He recently graduated from Huntington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Med. During his studies, he went abroad to India and got to learn Eastern Philosophy and get to know more about Indian culture. He has a strong interest in continuing his education to become a physical therapist. In his free time, he likes to play sports, watch movies, hang out with friends and play with his dog. Additionally, he was a tennis instructor for 7 years and still likes to get out on the court when he has a chance.


Laura France


Laura leads the marketing and promotional efforts at ProTailored. She travels to local medical offices to discuss with physicians and their staff how we can best serve their patients’ rehabilitation needs. Laura and her husband, Todd, have been married since 2005 and have four children. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, reading, volunteering at her church, and the occasional coffee date with friends.


Adelaide Evans

Child Entertainment Officer (CEO Jr.)

A native of Fort Wayne, Adelaide comes to us with months of on the job experience. She is fluent in giggles and squeals. Her hobbies include zooming down slides, cuddling with daddy, and making people smile. Adelaide enjoys visiting the clinic and often leads our staff meetings. She is actively working towards an Olympic career in swimming.
