I’ve spent the last 3 months working with Dr Mitchell Hall on my lower back. His compassionate, knowledgeable care has brought me beyond my pain and helped me learn how to stretch and exercise to bring healing to my body. The dry needling and scrapping in the office really helped relieve my muscles and nerves. I will be continuing the exercises and stretches he taught me for a long time. I’m so thankful to be walking again unassisted and to have my life back. I felt comfortable and cared about at ProTailored. What a great organization! I highly recommend this physical therapy group.

5 Stars so far. Matt Paul has been doing a great job at relieving the pain in my neck and lower back. It has been a ongoing process because these issues didn't happen overnight. But Matt is slowly getting my pain under control by showing me exercises and stretches and working on the area's that need attention to minimize the pain so I can at least get sleep at night. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with ProTailored and Katlin! ProTailored was specifically recommended by my doctor, who’s opinion I take very seriously. I am a massage therapist and have been ignoring an issue with my right arm for several months (🙄 don’t do that). Katlin has been literally peeling back the layers of overuse and compensation injuries. I have made fantastic progress. She is patient, and always ready to explain and discuss what we are doing and why. I have never had an injury that required this kind of recovery- she has given me hope of returning to normal function. I’m excited about my appointments every week.

ProTailored has been a very big help to myself and my wife. My wife suffers with Cerebral Palsy and as a result has a lot of pain issues. These issues are caused by her body compensating for the way she has to walk or use her wheel chair. The compensation efforts result in pain, sometimes severe, in her back, neck, and head. Since she has been coming to ProTailored she has been able to function much better with less pain issues. The therapy and exercises that she has received have given her much relief. Her pain has not been eliminated, which we did not expect, but has become more tolerable. I would not hesitate to recommend ProTailored to anyone suffering from any disability as I do feel that ProTailored can help. The positive attitude of the staff, from the moment you walk in, can make all the difference in therapy. Keep up the good work ProTailored, we love you!

Another great visit to ProTailored Physical Therapy today. I have been going here for physical therapy off and on for years. Everyone you meet here is so kind and helpful! I have had the privilege to meet Dr. Katlin Couchman for a trigger finger. Katlin appears very knowledgeable about my condition and is very engaged and interested in getting my finger back to working condition. I look forward to my visits and enjoy talking with her about the science behind how all my tendons and muscles work along with just everyday life. I struggled with lower back pain for years. Not one to regularly visit doctors, I hesitantly started physical therapy. My experience with Dr. Matt Paul at ProTailored was great. Each session would start with loosening my back up, then move to stretches', and then he would teach me exercises to relive the stress on my lower back. The staff was friendly, and the private rooms for therapy were clean. Overall, my back feels much better, and I am thankful for Dr. Matt and the team at ProTailored.

I have had such an amazing time at ProTailored Physical Therapy. I went in with a lot of back pain and Dr. Matt helped me so much. He not only helped me build muscle mass and reduce pain before my surgery, but I am now going back to him after my surgery. Matt has completely changed my life. I struggled immensely with neck pain and headaches. I also carry all my stress in my shoulders. I had a great experience at ProTailored. The service was unlike any that I’ve experienced while in physical therapy. Every other company I’ve used always had my appointment time double booked or over lapped with another patient and I’d typically end my appointment with an assistant. Not at ProTailored! My individual care was the priority. I was seen on a one on one basis in a private setting. Mitchell addressed all of my issues and I recovered from my shoulder injury completely. I had shoulder surgery, & Katlin is my Physical Therapist. I can't say enough good things about her! It has been a "struggle" for me in the healing & therapy process, & Katlin has been with me every step of the way! She has empathy, is very conscientious & thorough. I guess the older I get, the more likely it is I’m going to need physical therapy on various occasions. Prior to my visit today, I had always gone to hospital related physical therapy site. Today I chose to go to ProTailored physical therapy. I will never go back to a hospital site again. Pro Tailored is a very personal approach, And the physical therapist was outstanding. He took the time to find out exactly what the needs were, and immediately started in with active therapy. I cannot say enough about how great this physical therapy business is. I give Pro Tailored physical therapy my highest recommendation.

I have dealt with chronic hip/back and shoulder pain, which eventually reached its climax at the beginning of June. Everyday, all day, I had chronic mid back pain that prevented me from picking up my son, cleaning our home all at one time, and even doing dominate hand activities like eating or holding my phone. Pro Tailored came highly recommended by my neighbor, and the only downside was that I had to wait a month to get in! All that aside though, they have absolutely been worth the wait! Within the first week, my pain was on its way to being resolved and I felt massive improvement and RELIEF! My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner, as my sessions with Zach have uncovered additional weaknesses that I’ve been compensating for for quite some time, so we’re working on strengthening some stubborn spots. I cannot sing enough praises to the professionalism, attentiveness and thorough knowledge of Zach and his colleagues! The friendliness of the front desk staff is second to none, and really speaks to the ownership at Pro Tailored and what they stand for. Thank you so much for everything!

Just got home from my first appointment and I'm super appreciative. I was very late because my GSD got out and then I couldn't find a mask for my son...but they still worked with me. My son wasn't misbehaving but just being his active talkative four year old self, and Emily was patient and good with him 😊 really helped my anxiety about being late and having to bring him with me. I started my journey with Kirsten at ProTailored physical therapy for my torn ACL. At the beginning I couldn’t walk or barely move my leg from surgery. After working with Kirsten and the awesome team at ProTailored I have finally been able to enjoy my kids, walking around the home and outside of the home with them and I’m able to go places with them! All of the staff is super understanding and caring! I really enjoy having Kirsten, she has been super helpful and kind throughout the whole process and hasn’t allowed me to give up on my knee even knowing at times you can get low due to the lack of being able to go run around but working with Kirsten I know I will be back in no time! Thanks to the ProTailored team for the support you provide!

All the physical therapists are so nice and take an interest in your recovery. It is a wonderful set up with private rooms and one on one time with a therapist the entire time. They don't just have you do exercises while you are there. They really take the time to try to work on your pain issues in ways you can't do at home on your own.
I have loved my experience here! Dr. Emily has been with me for awhile and it has been nice to have her consistently help me make progress. Kirsten has also worked with me recently and her expertise has proved helpful . Really, any therapist I have encountered has been knowledgeable and I would recommend any of them! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!

The front desk is great! Someone is always there waiting to greet you with a warm smile! They have great staff. They have great care, and have many options to help you with whatever means necessary. They offer MANY 'new' or not as well known therapies that is totally worth checking out. Whether you have pain or discomfort, they've got so many interesting treatment options available. If i wasn't terrified of needles, I'd love to try the dry needling. Definitely look into their facility.

Fell and sprained my ankle and I heard about ProTailored. Great program and people. Kirsten and Emily especially have been helping great with pain and mobility along with being fun and friendly. I had been dealing with tendonitis pain for months and finally decided to give PT a try after one of my best friends, Kendall, who is an employee there, recommended Pro Tailored. I got placed with Mitchell, who had my pain improving within the first week. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, gives great instruction, and tries his best to make sure you’re comfortable with all of the exercises. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk as well; they always greeted me with a smile! Overall, everyone there made my PT experience a great one!

Dr. Jonathan and his team were instrumental in my recovery from Micro-fracture surgery on my knee. I have just completed fifteen sessions with Dr. Mitchell Hall. This was my first experience with ProTailored. I have had physical therapy in the past but not with ProTailored. This experience was very positive. Dr. Mitchell is knowledgeable, professional and also personable. The fact that my sessions were always one-on-one with Dr. Mitchell made a huge difference.
My prior experience had been therapy in a large room with lots of other people. I would rarely see the physical therapist. Rather I would be moved from machine to machine or exercise to exercise by assistants. There was constant social chit chat among the assistants. It was noisy and not private.
Needless to say the experience at ProTailored was an eye-opener. In my opinion it is physical therapy as it should be. . . designed specifically for my needs with the attention being focused solely on me during the session.
ProTailored lives up to its name - run by professionals and tailored to each person's needs.

Over a period of several weeks, Dr. Mitchell Hall treated me for neck, back, shoulder, and feet issues. A five-star performance in my opinion. My experience has been A+ ! The ProTailored environment and staff are welcoming, professional and kind. I recently had shoulder surgery, and the therapy is tough to go through....but its coming along nicely and I am so blessed to have Dr Kirsten Allman DPT working with me!
I especially like the level of privacy they afford patients by having private rooms for customized exercises and discussions.. they stay with you the whole time you are exercising, and you really can feel they are focused on just you!
The office staff is also awesome! They are so professional in their appearance and they way they greet you when you walk in as well as expedite your departure!
